What we collect

Housing BuildDesignHub loads a single third-party analytics tracker — WebmasterID — to understand basic site usage such as page views and navigation patterns.

Based on the current integration, the tracker script is loaded with next/script using strategy="afterInteractive", so it does not block initial rendering. The script source is webmasterid.com/tracker.iife.min.js, and collected events are sent to https://webmasterid-ingest-api.vercel.app/api/events.

We do not run Google Analytics, Plausible, Vercel Analytics, or any other tracker on this site. No additional analytics vendor will be added without revisiting this page.

What we have not yet verified

The exact cookie, localStorage, and sessionStorage behavior of the WebmasterID tracker has not been independently verified by this project. Before relying on this disclosure for compliance purposes, verify vendor behavior directly.

We do not currently claim that the tracker is cookieless, anonymous, privacy-safe, or GDPR-compliant. Those properties depend on the vendor's implementation and have not been audited here. Where any of those properties matter for your use case, treat them as data not yet verified and confirm with the vendor.

If the tracker is determined to set non-essential cookies or persistent identifiers, an appropriate consent or disclosure flow should be added before broader marketing or before serving audiences subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar regimes.

What we don't do

• We do not sell user data.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through analytics.
• We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels.
• We do not add additional analytics or tracking vendors without disclosing them here.
